Mild Steel Tube, often referred to as low-carbon steel tube, is one of the most widely used forms of steel piping in the world. Characterized by a low carbon content (typically 0.05% to 0.25%), it offers a perfect balance of ductility, malleability, and tensile strength. Unlike high-carbon steels, mild steel is soft and tough, making it easy to form and weld. It is commonly available in both seamless and welded (ERW) types and is frequently galvanized to enhance its resistance to corrosion.
