1100 Aluminum Pipe Description

1100 aluminum pipe has strong corrosion resistance and good plasticity. According to the different production process, there are cold-rolled pipe, hot-rolled pipe, stretched pipe and so on . The strength of 1100 is slightly higher than that of 1060, so it is suitable for products with high strength requirements. However, since the aluminum content is not as high as that of 1060 aluminum pipe, it is not recommended to use 1100 aluminum pipe products in the heat dissipation and electrical conductivity industries. 1100 aluminum pipe has good machining performance but lower cost. Therefore, 1100 aluminum pipes have seen a gradual increase in usage in recent years.
